NBC News jumped at the chance to criticize Senator Jim DeMint for his announcement that he is leaving the US Senate to lead the Heritage Foundation. MSNBC Live host Thomas Roberts and MSNBC contributor Robert Traynham scolded DeMint for leaving his seat early. Just for fun, can anyone think of someone else who left the Senate before his term was up?
