In a look back at the 2012 election, NBC's Today highlighted GOP campaign mistakes like Rep. Todd Akin's "legitimate rape" meltdown and Mitt Romney's "47 percent" remarks.
However, NBC didn't say anything about Vice President Biden's controversial "chains" comments, or President Obama's "you didn't build that" remark.
