In a segment called "The Meaning of Memorial Day," MSNBC's Chris Hayes on his May 27 "Up with Chris Hayes" show admitted that he's "uncomfortable" about using the word "hero" to describe America's war dead because "it seems to me that it is so rhetorically proximate to justifications for more war."
