On MSNBC, Sirius radio host John Fogelsang says the rise of Trump has upset Fox News' plan to "give" the GOP nomination to Jeb, who would in turn be beaten by Hillary, letting Fox be the "hate Hillary network." This has created the problem for Ailes, according to Fogelsang, of "how to keep your rubes in your paddock when they've found a new shepherd."
