MRCTV's Dan Joseph found singer, songwriter Michael Bolton at a pro-VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) Rally on Capitol Hill.
In conversation over whether Chris Brown's violence against Rihanna has changed how people in the music industry view the issue of domestic violence, Bolton admits he "wouldn't mind sitting down and talking to him" to ensure that Brown "understands what happened."
