Meteorologist: 'We've Forgotten How to Be Cold'

J. Marshall Shepherd, former head of the American Meteorological Society, told CBS' "Face the Nation" on Sunday that people have "forgotten to be cold or deal with snowstorms," because there are so few big storms "and that is because climate warming."
