Mark Levin insists that Chief Justice Roberts' ruling to uphold the Affordable Care Act "has perverted the constitution and opened a gaping hole and further diminishes it." Levin believes that Roberts "failed on his job" when he "concocted an argument" to uphold Obamacare.
Levin argues, "if justices are going to be political, then they shouldn't serve for life."
