A man was jailed four days for filming a police officer in California on public property.

Daniel Saulmon, the man who shot the video, was charged with resisting, delaying and obstructing an officer, even though it is apparent Mr. Saulmon is nowhere in the way of the officer he his recording.

Saulmon says the Hawthorne Police Department know exactly who he is, and the charges brought against him were ultimately dropped.

In 2005, he was arrested for filming police and charged with eavesdropping and wiretapping. He went on to win a $25,000 settlement because of the incident.
