(recorded July 2007) UPDATE!!! (8/29/2011) NLRB Voted to eliminate Secret Ballot Protections on 8/26/2011!!! Dana is overruled -- and the decision is applied retroactively to bar even elections that have already been held but not counted. So much for the sanctity of the secret ballot election.
