Kerry Tells Code Pink ‘ISIL is Killing and Raping and Mutilating Women’

Secretary of State John Kerry told Code Pink protestors who disrupted a congressional hearing Wednesday he respected their right to protest but they should “stop and think about how you stop” a terrorist group that “is killing and raping and mutilating women.”
