Kerry Last Month Opposed New Congressional Sanctions over Iranian Missile Launches, Said Administration Had ‘Given Them a Warning’

Secretary of State John Kerry told a Senate Appropriations subcommittee hearing last month he wouldn’t support new congressional sanctions against Iran over missile launches, saying sanctions imposed by the administration in January were a warning and that “if they decide to do another launch then I think there’s a rationale” for further action.
