Hours before heading to Iran nuclear talks in Switzerland, Secretary of State John Kerry on Wednesday slammed critics of a proposed agreement, and raised a laugh with a swipe at Republican senators who in a recent open letter to Iran warned that any deal not approved by Congress could be scrapped by a future president.
