ABC's The View co-host Joy Behar teed up Vice President Joe Biden on Tuesday by asking him about crowd members at a GOP debate who booed when a gay soldier asked a question of the presidential candidates. After Biden condemned it as "reprehensible," Behar made sure to emphasize that none of the candidates rebuked the audience members.
