MSNBC's Joe Scarborough, host of "Morning Joe," said Obama's Oval Office speech "struck all the right notes," according to his soft interview with David Axelrod. This after MSNBC's two biggest liberal talking-heads, Chris Matthews and Keith Olbermann, trashed the speech.
