Barack Obama's campaign manager, Jim Messina, will undoubtably go to great lengths this election season to point out how supportive of gay rights this administration has been.

But, it turns out that when Messina was working on the campaign of Montana Senator Max Baucus in 2002, he was behind an ad that some considred anti-gay.
