Business executive and author Jack Welch appeared on CNBC and said that Mitt Romney is the most qualified person to ever run for president in his lifetime.
"In my lifetime, Mitt Romney is the most qualified leader I've ever seen run for the presidency of the United States", says Welch.
Welch was Chairman and CEO of General Electric between 1981 and 2001.
