A homeless is now behind bars for renting out an Ormond Beach home that wasn't his.
Eric Sisson raked in more than $1300 from two female victims who answered a craigslist ad about the home. One victim became suspicious and asked for her money back but when she tried to cash a check from Sisson the bank said the account was closed.
volusia deputies had the other victim set up a meeting with Sisson and when he showed he was arrested. He told deputies he needed the money to get a place to live.
