Secretary of State Hillary Clinton claimed during the Benghazi hearing today that she did not select Ambassador Susan Rice to deliver the details to the public and she always thought the attack on the consulate was a terrorist attack.
Clinton also said she was not focused on talking points after the attack like the Obama Administration.
