South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham argued that Republicans should wait to compromise on revenue by capping deductions unless the Democrats offer entitlement reforms. He then stated that the Republicans will use the debt ceiling as leverage to force President Obama into accepting entitlement reform. He also said that President Obama should “man up” to take on entitlements.
