Gov. Nikki Haley Gives Her Take On How Washington Can Balance The Budget Without Raising Taxes

Governor Nikki Haley of South Carolina gave her take on how her state was able to balance its books without raising taxes. She said states all across the nation have to have a balanced budget and so should the federal government, therefore, she supports a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.
