    MSNBC's new 8pm ET host Larry O'Donnell seemed to surprise his Democratic guest, ex-Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, when he claimed a GOP ad criticizing "Obama and his union bosses" was "racist" because it implied "the racist message that, of course, a black man can't be the real boss."
