It's very rare to see former President George W. Bush come out of retirement to comment on policy.
Given the class warfare rhetoric that has become the norm these days, it was refreshing to hear him defend his tax policies at the opening of the "Tax Policies For 4% Growth" Conference at the New-York Historical Society.
