This current administration can point the finger of blame towards its predecessor(s) all they want, but the fact is HISTORY will record these trying times as BHO's.This is his administration, his sitting term, his congress. History will record the destructive decisions being made to the US as BHO's solely as it has done to all other previous administrations. Each admin is remembered for what they did to better or worsen the country.
