Former White House Chief of Staff Andrew Card stated that he believes the Obama Administration did know about the security requests coming from the Libyan Consulate. He added that the White House should have been on heightened alert on the anniversary of September 11 regardless. Card further suggested that Ambassador Susan Rice was acting on orders from the White House when she blamed the attack on a YouTube video.
