Former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens mocked gun ownership and advocated for greater gun regulation in a speech to the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence yesterday. In addition, Justice Stevens stated that he believed public opinion should be a factor in 2nd Amendment rulings.
