Former Cyber Command Director: 'How Many Hackers Are Already in Places That We Really Care About?'

Retired Maj. Gen. Brett Williams, former director of operations for the U.S. Cyber Command, told NBC's "Meet the Press" on Sunday that he wonders how many more hackers "are already in places that we really care about" just "waiting for the right time" to conduct another attack "as serious as" the recent cyber attack on the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
