In a commentary just two weeks after Chinese troops killed thousands of pro-democracy protesters, NBC's John Chancellor bemoaned how the story was dominating the news. Talking about the need for school reform, Chancellor insisted: "We can and we should agonize about the dead students in Beijing, but we've got a bigger problem right here at home."
