Flashback 2006: Workers Allege ACORN actively campaigned for Claire McCaskill
In 2006, Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) workers claimed they were told to go out and campaign on behalf of then Democratic Senate Candidate Claire McCaskill in Missouri. They allege ACORN never paid them for their work.
In 2010, ACORN closed it's doors after a series of undercover sting videos released in 2009 that led to the government cutting off funds to the group. Since this time, ACORN has admitted to committing voter fraud.
It has been highly speculated ACORN has started new organizations under different names. This list can be found here.
