Energy Secretary Chu Gives Himself 'Higher' than A- on Gas Prices

<p>After being questioned by Republican Darrell Issa on whether or not he would give himself an A- on controling gas prices Energy Secretary Chu said he would give himself "a little higher" than and A-.
