Patrick Gaspard, Executive Director of the Democratic National Committee (DNC), appeared on MSNBC and was asked by Chuck Todd if the DNC ever took Romney's words out of context.
Gaspard initially dances around the question then finally says they never misrepresented what Romney says. Todd is taken back by his response.
