MRCTV's Alicia Powe caught up with New York Times best-selling author, Dinesh D'Souza, at a Herman Cain rally and asked him about the liberal claim that enforcing voter ID law supresses the Black and Hispanic vote.
"It is in the interest of the Democratic Party to have lighter standards that don't check who is voting and what are the rules that are being enforced," said D'Souza.
