Dershowitz: Supporting the 2nd Amendment=People Should Own Nuclear Weapons

Last night, CNN's Piers Morgan argued that he opposes the interpretation of the 2nd Amendment that means everyone should own an assault rifle. However, the most twisted logic was employed by Harvard Professor Alan Dershowitz, who argued the 2nd Amendment only applies to militias and that supporting the right to self-defense logically ends in supporting citizens owning nuclear and chemical weapons.
