Another sign of Congress out of touch? CNN did a three week investigation into Congressional expenditures and found about $6.1 million in bonuses paid to Congressional staffers. This comes at a time when many on the Hill are talking about cutting back yet some members of Congress said the bonus their staff got was justified.
