CNN's Velshi: Stimulus Didn't Fail

Following Obama's Monday speech on his jobs plan, CNN's business guru Ali Velshi argued that Obama's stimulus did not fail. "But how do you know unemployment wouldn't have been 12 percent?" he asked Dana Loesch, using the tired hypothetical scenario pushed by liberals that the stimulus possibly rescued the country from higher unemployment.
