CNN featured pro-illegal immigration activist Isabel Garcia during two programs on 21 October 2009. During both programs, she was asked about a 2008 protest where she participated in the decapitation of an effigy of Maricopa County, Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio, and gave inconsistent answers about her actions at the protest.
