After Virginia Gov. Bob McDonnell repealed a state law limiting handgun purchases to one per month, CNN evoked Monday's Ohio school shooting and the 2007 Virginia Tech massacre, and hosted the father of a victim of the Tech shooting who opposed the repeal.
