CNN's Carol Costello asked if the U.S. was "taking a stand against people with disabilities" after the Senate rejected a United Nations treaty concerning the rights of disabled people.
"I don't think it was a stand against people with disabilities. It was a stand against this treaty," answered GOP strategist Ana Navarro.
