Secretary of State Hillary Clinton explains her responsibility for U.S. diplomats in Libya to CNN's Elise Labott.
Clinton says "I take responsibility" and that "the president and the vice president certainly wouldn't be knowledgeable about specific decisions that are made by security professionals."
She concludes, "In the wake of an attack like this, in the fog of war, there's always going to be confusion."
