A Superior Court judge on Nov. 14, 2012 dismissed a defamation lawsuit brought by evangelical minister, radio host and rock drummer Bradlee Dean in response to criticism from Rachel Maddow. This clip shows the two segments in question from Maddow's MSNBC show in 2010 and 2011.
