One of the great benefits of having Herman Cain in the GOP race is his ability to say things that other candidates have not been able to say. Even though these things might be absolutely true.
Here Cain states the obvious. Many American blacks are not "open-minded" enough to ever considering voting for a Republican, even if their lives have not improved under Democratic leadership.
