Attorney General Eric Holder testified Tuesday at a Senate Judiciary Committee  and was asked about his appointments of two federal prosecutors to lead an investigation into leaks of national security information. 

Sen. Lindsey Graham requested that an independent investigator be named.

Graham said he was asking for no more than "Senator Biden and Senator Obama asked for" during the Valerie Plame leak investigation during a heated exchange with the Attorney General .
