On May 17, 2012 during an interview with WTOV-TV in Steubenville, Ohio, Vice President Joe Biden said that he doesn't 'blame' people for voting for a felon over President Obama in the West Virginia Democratic primary.
Keith Judd, the inmate who won 41% of the vote against Barack Obama, is serving 17 1/2 year sentence at a federal prison in Texas for making threats at the University of New Mexico in 1999.
