MSNBC host Andrea Mitchell said if Pennsylvania is in play, then the election is all over for President Obama.
Mitchell says, "I mean if Pennsylvania is in play, then this is obviously all over for the president. It would be a remarkable turn of events."
Recently, some polls show a virtual tie in PA with President Obama and Mitt Romney both receiving 47 percent.
