ABC’s Wright “Sought Out” Khzir Khan to Slam Trump on Ban

The liberal media was abuzz Sunday morning after massive protests erupted at major airports across the country in opposition to President Trump’s Muslim ban. To help drive the point home on Good Morning America, ABC’s David Wright asked Khzir Khan to share his wrath regarding Trump. “We sought out Khizr Khan, the gold star father who spoke at the Democratic National Convention,” Wright said while neglecting Khan’s recent history as a liberal advocate.

What would he like to tell Trump now,” Wright inquired. “Read the constitution. Be familiar with the values that has made us a beacon of hope. Do not make mockery of the legal system,” Khan chided.

The Big Three networks’ (ABC, CBS, and NBC) infatuation with the Khan family has been well documented by the Media Research Center. In August of 2016, the MRC’s Mike Ciandella noted how the networks granted Khan’s Trump bashing speech at the Democratic National Convention over 85 minutes of combined coverage.

And in sharp contrast, the networks gave a measly two minutes of air time to a speech critical of Hillary Clinton delivered by Pat Smith, whose son was killed in Benghazi. Ciandella also noted that “The reason: One of these stories (the Khan story) matched the Democratic agenda, and the partisan media couldn’t push it hard enough.” It appears that that pushing of the Democratic agenda held true.
