ABC focused on the "dismayed" reaction of those opposed to religious symbols on war memorials in its April 28 "World News with Diane Sawyer" segment about a Supreme Court decision. The 5-4 ruling stated, "“The goal of avoiding governmental endorsement does not require eradication of all religious symbols in the public realm."
