[See NewsBusters for more.] Both ABC's Good Morning America and CBS This Morning on Thursday used the shooting death of two journalists in Roanoke, Virginia to highlight gun control. GMA co-host Robin Roberts talked to the boyfriend of slain reporter Alison Parker and lectured, "...When something like this happens, that the conversation turns to gun control."  Citing the father of Parker speaking out on guns, Roberts pressed boyfriend Chris Hurst: "... You were standing next to him when he said he'll make it his life's mission. Have you had a chance to give any thought if you're going to join Alison's father in his efforts?"
