At the Kiddie City Childcare Center in Mississippi, a surveillance camera shows a 9-year-old boy violently kicking, choking, and punching other children.
His aunt says, "He bad. He fight kids, but he don't fight little babies... he just a normal child."
The Department of Human Services is investigating, and one daycare worker has been arrested.
