Today, Kathleen Sebelius spoke at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C. When asked by a CNSNews.com correspondent where does the government get the power to mandate that the Americans purchase health insurance, her response was "I am not a lawyer" and plans to leave that up to the Department of Justice (DOJ).
