The Associated Press reported that union members were pepper-sprayed by police in Michigan after they attempted to storm the Michigan Senate chamber after the passage of right-to-work legislation.  But, you wouldn’t know that if you watched most national news networks this morning.  So far, ABC and CBS haven’t mentioned the arrests.  Al Sharpton mentioned them in a fawning pro-union piece on MSNBC, but framed them as “fighting back.” CNN is the only network that has mentioned the arrests in a negative fashion, and they failed to mention which side the protestors were on.
