Morning Joe Bemoans Defeat of UN Treaty Due To “Fringe,” “Black Helicopter” Republicans: “The System is Broken”

The panel on MSNBC’s Morning Joe whined about the Senate’s failure to pass a UN treaty.  Joe Scarborough dismissed objections to the treaty as “fringe” concerns by the “black helicopter” wing of the GOP.  Mike Barnicle ranted that the treaty’s defeat proved “the system is broken.” Scarborough took to overt lobbying and commanded Republicans to vote on the treaty again so they could pass it.
